Appartment with mezanine 45m2, what level is this one on how many flights of stairs?

Dear guest, Thanks for your question. We have flats with mezanine at the 1st floor, with two flights, and at the 3rd floor, with six flights of stairs. If needed, according to its availability, we can reserve heither the lowest or the highest levels.

We have two apartments with mezzanine and river view, one on the 1st floor and the other on the 3rd floor

The Studio is on the 2nd floor, it does not have a view. The air conditioning works fine.

Great Location in a Very Hilly City
Location was good, staff helpful, balcony was great looking onto the river..loved the room. Added bonus for me was the heritage trams passing so close to the property.
Great location! But because the flat is located at the bottom of a hill majority of old town is uphill. Something to keep in mind for guests physical fitness. Although Porto is a very hilly city and can't generally be helped
